ABOUT THE PARISH PICNIC
The Parish Picnic is our annual fundraiser, and also a fun event for the whole family, featuring great food, music, games, a silent auction, and a $10,000 lottery prize. Everyone in our parish community is invited! More information about the picnic is provided in our bulletin and newsletter in June/July each year leading up to the Picnic in August.
BASKETS AND BUNDLES
Baskets and Bundles is our silent auction held during the Parish Picnic each year. It features 200-300 baskets with popular items, and all proceeds support our parish.
If you have interest in helping with Baskets and Bundles for the Parish Picnic, please check out the volunteer opportunities which include: collecting donations from local businesses or parishioners, auction setup, monitoring and clean-up, computer and print work, money counting/balancing at the end of the picnic and communications.

VOLUNTEER AT THE PICNIC
Volunteers participate in a variety of services. From managing games to assisting with tent/venue set-up and take down, there's plenty of ways to get involved! You can even be part of the planning process!
