Book Review Club – This group meets the fourth Monday of the month to review books at the St. James Social Center in the Family Room. It is open to anyone who is interested in books. This club includes a combination of parishioners from St. Elizabeth Ann and St. James. Session runs from April through October. Meetings last from approximately 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is a $10.00 fee to cover the costs of the book reviewer. CONTACT PERSON: Jean Linse, (402) 493-2728

Melodrama/Olio – This yearly entertainment is put together and performed by registered St. James and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parishioners who are out of high school. You can work backstage, concessions-or onstage as actors, singers, dancers-or crew members. Sign-ups for the Olio (musical portion), and auditions for the Melodrama take place before Christmas. Social Receptions/Gatherings – These parishioners help to organize and serve at functions of special recognition. They also provide the baked goods. They assist in coordinating volunteers for such events as the reception after the Easter Vigil and parish picnic volunteers.
