Building/Safety/Maintenance

This committee provides the parish with a plan to ensure routine maintenance and care of all church facilities and grounds. This includes the coordination of grounds and maintenance projects.

Volunteers needed include carpenters, electricians, handymen, heating and air conditioning, lawn care and plumbers. Meetings are held as needed to discuss safety issues.

MONEY COUNTING TEAMS

PRO-LIFE COMMITTEE

This committee is dedicated to implementing the U.S. Bishops' Pastoral Plan for Pro-Life Activities. It responds to the call in “The Gospel of Life” to respect, protect, love and serve life in our parish and our community through programs which support and promote respect for life.

VOCATIONS COMMITTEE

This committee meets as needed to foster the support of religious vocations among us. They lead a Holy Hour of Adoration every Thursday evening from 6-7 p.m. after the 5:30 p.m. Mass for an increase in religious vocations.  They promote family prayer for Vocations to the Priesthood and Consecrated Life by providing the Traveling ICONS to be used in homes of parishioners weekly.  They also promote praying the Rosary before each Mass on the first weekend of each month.

NEW PARISHIONER OUTREACH

This committee is being formed to assist our deacons who meet with every new family that registers with our parish. Volunteers are needed to help create welcome packets and provide ongoing support to our new parishioners. We also would like to host social events for new parishioners as well.
